Why Organisations Work With Me
I help organisations communicate clearly, align faster, and build cultures where people take ownership of what matters. The work is practical, behaviour-driven, and actionable immediately across teams, clients, and leadership levels.
Recent focus areas include: stakeholder communication in large matrix organisations, leadership alignment across service lines, and global induction program development.
My experience
I call on my background in Business Design Facilitation (ex KPMG / PwC) to help teams align and solve problems fast with clear milestones and agreed accountability. I work with large global organisations including the Winter Olympics (International and Regional Committees), and leading multinational organisations (recently delivering an “All In” keynote for EY Nordics kickoff to 1,300 people in Gothenburg).
