Josh Stinton designs the human experience behind major events.

From Olympic ceremonies to global leadership gatherings, he helps organisers prepare the people behind the moment.

At the Winter Olympic and Paralympic Ceremonies, Josh helped prepare over 1,100 staff and volunteers to step into their role as the spirit and strength of the Games. His work focuses on creating what he calls host culture: ensuring the people behind an event show up not just as staff or volunteers, but as proud representatives of something bigger than themselves.

This same philosophy applies inside organisations. Whether working with global consulting firms, leadership teams, or major event organisers, Josh helps teams align quickly, feel seen and take ownership.

Through keynote talks and workshops, he combines motivational psychology, collaborative design, and real-world experience to create sessions that energise audiences and provide practical tools teams can apply immediately.

His perspective is shaped not only by corporate and Olympic environments, but also by endurance challenges that test the same principles of ownership and resilience. These include cycling across the Atlantic Ocean and handcycling the length of Japan in support of children’s charities.

Organisations bring Josh in when they want inspiration (including wild stories) and practical insight on how to align and engage their teams.
