Blending high-energy storytelling, humour, and practical tools, Josh Stinton’s keynotes are a journey of experiences that give audiences permission to think big and take ownership.
His perspective is built far beyond the stage. Known as The Charity Adventurer, Josh has gained three world records taking on extraordinary challenges in support of children’s charities including unicycling down mountains, handcycling the length of Japan, and captaining Australia’s first World Championship Hide and Seek team (and more). These stories are living proof of a belief that sits at the heart of his work: people discover what they’re capable of the moment they stop sitting on the sidelines of their own lives.
That belief has taken him to work on the world’s biggest stages. In 2026, Josh was selected to work on the Milano-Cortina Winter Olympic and Paralympic Ceremonies, where he designed and delivered the motivational kickoff for over 1,100 volunteers, aligning energy, pride, and responsibility ahead of the world’s biggest broadcast. Inside the athlete compound at San Siro Stadium, he worked directly with more than 1,100 Olympic athletes moments before they carried their flag in front of 80,000 attendees live and over 25 million watching from home, helping them find focus, and composure, ready to greet the world.
Today, Josh brings this same clarity into organisations navigating change, pressure, and growth. Drawing on his background with KPMG and PwC, he combines world-class facilitation with real-world experience to help teams move from ideas to action, building cultures where people take ownership regardless of title or tenure.
Over the past 14 years, he has delivered keynotes and leadership programmes across Europe, Australia, and North America for organisations including Novartis, EY, Google, Kaiser Permanente, Qantas, and Norwegian Air.
Born in Colorado and now based in Oslo, Josh works globally with organisations ready to challenge the ordinary.
